I’m a psychology graduate with a strong interest in people and employee psychology, employment law and human resource management. I have remained with the same employer for several years, remaining employed throughout my time at university, and I am now looking for my next challenge. In my current role I have managed to gain demonstrable experience in human resources and business administration, which I hope will give me a good foundation for the next stage of my human resources career.  I am looking for a role that enables me to progress and strengthen my skills and knowledge further (I have a keen interest in completing further study with the CIPD), and a company that has a culture that puts the employee at the heart of what they do. I have strong time management skills with a conscientious approach to managing workloads, am highly organised and can take the initiative when problem-solving. During my time at university I have enhanced my numeracy skills and strengthened my ability to competently interpret statistical data for analysis.
