I am a focused individual with an ambition to prosper. I like to take on new challenges and take great satisfaction that comes with overcoming them successfully. I have the ability to work well and communicate with all people within my working environment, this is down to the management and communications models that I have learnt on my Santander Future Forward training and my management training within Aegon. This fits in with the fact that I enjoy motivating and training others to help achieve both their personal and team goals. I have decided to take a different direction with my career and have passed my C+E (class 1) LGV/HGV licence. I have a determined approach to activity goals, team motivation, staff coaching/training and operational risk skills that I would carry to my next role.
