Developed ITSLM standards and catalog of services based on current ITIL best practices. I co-led the creation of an execution roadmap that defined programmatic roles, responsibilities, and priorities, while accounting for newly emerging risks. As a result, the team was able to simultaneously address conflicting project level interdependencies to maximize cost and schedule savings while delivering high quality services to the field.
