I had the opportunity to embark on a secondment with Officeworks at their Carnegie store, where I served as the Stationery Coordinator/Night Fill. During this time, I successfully managed the stocktake from beginning to end. Additionally, I supported the Box Hill South location with their stocktake and temporarily acted as Store Leadership Team (SLT). Following the conclusion of my secondment, I transitioned to a permanent role as coordinator and relocated to Officeworks Glen Waverley. Here, I oversee the Print + Create and POS departments and am tasked with managing rosters and ensuring store safety.

Throughout the fifteen-day tournament, I successfully managed operations in a multimillion-dollar retail environment. My responsibilities included resolving stock issues and contributing to the Retail Licensing Team's achievement of increased UPTs (Units per Transaction) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

I returned to the Championships of Wimbledon in 2023, where I served for a second year as part of the Retail Management team. My role involved supporting the kiosk stores throughout the two-week Grand Slam period at the All England Lawn Tennis Club.During Wimbledon 2023, I specifically held the position of Retail Stock Manager for the express outlets across the grounds. I led a team responsible for ensuring that all seven outlets were adequately stocked throughout the fourteen-day event. I coordinated stock transfers using Bleep and addressed any inquiries from both stock and retail assistants.Additionally, I played a key role in assisting the team during the setup and dismantling of the stores before and after the championships.

I was contracted as a member of the Retail Management Team for the 2022 Championships at Wimbledon. My role involved overseeing operations at the AELTC/Wimbledon Museum Shop throughout the event. I supervised a team consisting of 25 retail assistants and team leaders. Collaborating closely with the All England Lawn Tennis Club (AELTC) museums team, our goal was to ensure an outstanding experience for all guests visiting the Championships.

I provided customer service, handled inquiries, and gained proficiency in operating assisted checkouts.Moreover, I navigated through the busiest trading period of the year, particularly during Christmas, while stationed in the heart of Melbourne CBD at Store #5131.
