I'm Andrew Correll. Over the past decade, I've held various roles across the Cyber insurance industry including Underwriting, Business Development, Agency relations, and Insurance Product Development. I currently serve as the director of Insurance Solutions at SecurityScorecard where I focus on enabling insurance brokers and carriers to make the (cyber) world a safer place. Throughout my career, I've created Cyber Insurance products for venture-backed startups, underwritten billion-dollar companies, and written tens of millions of dollars in Technology and Life Sciences premiums all across the US. In my current role, I've overseen a cyber insurance vertical that has nearly doubled in ARR in 18 months while driving product, sales, marketing, and business development strategy.Outside of work, I enjoy podcasting (Beyond the Policy), community organizing (InsurTech ATX), and advising up-and-coming startups around the globe.Some folks believe that cyber risk is uninsurable, but I firmly believe that isn't true.
