I provided Tier 3 troubleshooting and support services for critical servers, systems, and applications. Serving as the technical lead on application and server projects, I designed and Implemented NetIQ and HP System Insight Manager and prepared high-level technical documentation. • Built cross-continent Citrix system for central sales support system, saving time and replacing low productivity of legacy desktop-only applications. • Diagnosed and resolved most critical issues with Citrix MetaFrame 1.8 servers, eliminating regular crashes by developing and integrating fixes within existing infrastructure. • Managed team building, designing, and implementing like-for-like Citrix MetaFrame XPe environment with no disruption to 5000 workstations.
