Patterson-Stevens, Inc. is a Specialty Contractor involved in Concrete Specialties & Restoration, Aquatic Facilities, Railroad Construction and Resinous Flooring. Once a Bid is secured, project deadlines are established, negotiate sub-contractors contracts, oversee the equipment/material for site work to begin. Supervise the construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints.

Performing beginning level professional engineering duties and liaison work in connection with the design, construction and maintenance of Town/County projects. Assists in planning projects, assists field surveys to obtain data for projects and programs. Obtaining property line data by survey for survey and deed description use. Computing engineering data either manually or through the use of computer. Assisting in preparing engineering drawings for projects connected with Town/County plans and projects from surveys either manually or with CAD, CADD or other computer programs, also assists in plan drawings and specifications. Makes inspections of projects under construction of maintenance divisions for conformance to plan and standard.

Working with Sub-Contractors installing, repairing, and finishing drywall. Installing flooring, rough plumbing, drop ceilings (finishing), and all basic office and home repairs.

Working with Engineers, Sub-Contractors and other Department work forces. Tasks and duties included: Earth Work Operations, On-Site Concrete, Structural Inspection, Drainage Inspection, Asphalt Pavement Inspection, and Project Support Activities.
