Overview:Dedicated and passionate electrician with experience in a wide range of residential and commercial experience. I provide a strong work ethic and proven ability to work effectively, learn new skills, accomplish tasks alone and in team settings and work physically demanding jobs while maintaining a positive work environment and always promoting safe practices.Professional:For the last few years I have been employed with Mazzei Electric specializing in new multi-unit mixed commercial and residential buildings. My experience includes the installation of security, fire alarm and data as well as installation of heating and ventilation systems, commercial and residential wiring, troubleshooting and maintenance, reading and interpreting blueprints and much more. I am very proud of the quality or work Mazzei Electric brings to their jobs and enjoy passing on my skills when training apprentices in proper technique and safe work practices. I recently made the move to the Victoria shipyards to work on their LNG conversion of the Midnight Tote. Although I was only there for a short time the experience I gained was invaluable. Getting experience in an industrial environment really opened my eyes to a whole new world of electrical work that I hope to keep exploring.Personal:Personal development is a life long pursuit of mine. I place strong emphasis on maintaining a healthy body while exploring and growing through art and education. I also place a strong emphasis on human rights and environmental sustainability working hard to advocate for disadvantaged people and the maintenance of our precious natural environments.
