As an engineer-turned-data analyst with experience in manufacturing process development, automated systems, and data analytics/science, I am dedicated to driving success through data-driven decision making and technological innovation.Throughout my collegiate career, I fostered a passion for process improvement in across several industries including steel, polymers, and aerospace components. This led me to join and then recently graduate from the Raytheon Technology's Engineering Leadership Development Program where I rotated through three different job roles over the course of two years; each engineering experience built on the last as I developed skills in manufacturing, project management, and technology development and integration. After the program, I moved into a Digital Technology/IT Project Manager role over capital AI and cybersecurity projects. In that position, I found a deeper curiosity for data analytics and decided to focus on becoming familiar with tools such as SQL, R, Python, and visualization software. I now enable business leaders at Lincoln Financial Group to make informed decisions by sourcing, transforming, and leveraging data into beautiful and insightful dashboards. In my free time you can find me home-brewing various styles of beer, flying drones for aerial photography, and hiking up every mountain in reach!I look forward to connecting with you!

Saved and re-allocated over $500k in projected unused labor, contracted services, and capital purchases.-Created team-facing and stakeholder-facing dashboards to communicate project milestone completion and spending.-Executed gated reviews with stakeholders to track progress, discuss challenges, and re-evaluate business cases. -
Margaret Ingels Engineering Development Program AssociateRaytheon Technologies Jun 2020 - Jul 2022Arlington, Va, UsMIEDP is a leadership development program consisting of four 6-month rotations across engineering groups and functions within Raytheon Technologies. The goal of MIEDP is to develop leadership ability, to learn a variety of technical skills, and to gain exposure to a variety of both commercial and military business units within the RTX enterprise -
Miedp Rotations Iii And Iv - Technology Systems Engineer | Pratt & WhitneyRaytheon Technologies Jul 2021 - Jun 2022Arlington, Va, Us-Developed automated solutions for visual inspection, surface defect dimensional inspection, robotic finishing, robotic assembly, masking, and material dispensing for aftermarket engine repair processes-Prepared technology readiness level 6 plans to each project including creating business cases, maintaining schedules, validation testing, understanding compatibility with existing systems, risk mitigation, and industrialization plans-Managed $3M+ of capital projects across 9 repair sites spread over 4 countries, typically with return on investments within 3-4 years-Leveraged the global footprint of the company to create catalogs of best practices while identifying the individual needs and capabilities of each site -
Miedp Rotation Ii - Advanced Manufacturing Engineer | Collins Aerospace | AvionicsRaytheon Technologies Jan 2021 - Jun 2021Arlington, Va, Us-Oversaw the implementation of Industry 4.0 technology to on-site and partner-site production lines-Relevant projects included, integrating smart-torque-tools with existing work-instructions, automated conformal coating of PCBs, and rolling out smart-glasses for remote collaboration-Delivered project roadmaps, schedules, and business cases to earn buy-in from management or to provide updates -
Miedp Rotation I - Manufacturing Engineer | Collins Aerospace | Mission SystemsRaytheon Technologies Jun 2020 - Dec 2020Arlington, Va, Us-Translated customer needs/drawings into a bill of material and manufacturing process instructions for operators-Aided the production floor in improving on-time delivery through continuous improvement and automation projects -Performed product-setups to ensure all materials, tools, fixtures, and instructions for incoming parts were ready for a low-volume production cell makes new/different parts every week. -
Mcnair Junior FellowUniversity Of South Carolina Unmanned Systems And Robotics Lab Mar 2019 - Jan 2020Columbia, Sc, UsIn the summer of 2019 I designed, programmed, and tuned a 250 mm quadcopter. I created all structural parts from 3D printed PLA and the electronics were handpicked from several manufacturers and integrated together. In the Fall 2019 semester, I led the development of an autonomous program aimed at having this drone create 3D occupancy maps of an unknown space and navigate through it in real time using camera visuals as the main input. -
Mechanical Engineering Co-OpShaw Industries Aug 2018 - Jan 2019Dalton, Ga, UsWhile serving in this role I developed skills in design and process engineering in the carpet textile industry. For example, I designed and tested a stainless steel apparatus that guided yarn filaments from where they were extruded to where they were wound into a package in order to improve quality. Other projects included surveying noise levels on the production floor and reducing harmful background noise, designing an attachment to the production line that converted soft waste to a denser, space efficient hard waste, and collecting/analyzing performance data for pumps, vacuum chambers, and screen changers to steer the direction of capital projects and to pinpoint process improvement areas. -
Mechanical Engineering Co-OpNucor Steel Tuscaloosa, Inc May 2017 - Jan 2018UsOn a daily basis I used AutoCAD, Solidworks, Inventor, and 3DS Max to create drawings, models, and simulations to structural, foundational, building, and mechanical design projects while adhering to OSHA standards. I was involved in all aspects of most projects including collecting quotes, hiring contractors, and balancing budgets that ranged from less than $1000 to over $2 million. Some projects I was able to bring to life myself in Nucor's in-house fabrications shop where I picked up fabricating, machining, and welding skills. I constantly worked in a team-oriented environments with professional mechanical, electrical, and environmental engineers as well as other co-ops and contractors. I also cross trained across mill departments to gain a broad knowledge of the steel making process and general industry practices. -
Supplemental Instructor For Emch 200 - StaticsUniversity Of South Carolina Student Success Center Aug 2016 - May 2017I facilitated group tutoring sessions for 5-10 undergraduate students at least 3 nights per week for an engineering statics class. To prepare, I wrote detailed lesson plans, constructed worksheets and solutions, and regularly consulted with the professor to optimize student learning. I shadowed the class to build relationships with the students and professor and to focus my sessions on the topics they were covering in class that week.

Design InternMcnair Aerospace Research Center Jan 2016 - May 2016I used Autodesk Inventor and HSM Pro to design objects, run stress simulations, and write machining code for the HAAS Automated Milling Machine which I used to create parts. Design accomplishments included crates, KUKA robot support systems, a vacuum powered dust collector, a 360 degree rotating glass table for vacuum bagging, and virtual maps of the laboratory. I also gained exposure to the use of carbon composite materials in the aerospace industry.
