I work in higher education as a teacher and researcher in personality and social psychology. I also have an early-stage startup developing ed-tech products. My research and teaching profile is Dr Drew Reilly, which represents the work I do at Monash University where I supervise 4th-year psychology students researching founders of early-stage startups. This work focuses on creating knowledge and tools to help founders and stakeholders understand the psychological factors that influence founder behaviour.My startup is Adaptive Behaviour, a slow-burn venture exploring opportunities offered by technology in developing ed-tech products. Product ideas are based on the outcomes of a PhD I completed at The Australian National University examining systems approaches to social psychology, including the use of games in research.My skills and interests include: - Psychographic research, including user profiling, behavioural preferences, and attitudes/values/beliefs. - Development of psychometric scales measuring personality and preference of early-stage startup founders. - Serious game development for tracking and improving adaptive performance.
