• Manage a maintenance and construction business with an attitude focused on customer service with an objective to complete all projects on-time, on-budget, with a satisfied customer while using a high standard of safety and quality • Create a culture that values employees, both office and field staff• Full profit and loss responsibility for 2 regional offices• Managed diverse teams and locations to include training, evaluation, compensation, personnel administration, hiring, team building, while maintaining positive labor union relations.• Sales, marketing, and revenue generation responsibility including estimating, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, construction bidding along the east coast in the United States from Maine to Maryland• Identify and pursue work in adjacent revenue and geographic markets to gain additional order intake • Create long term relationships with customers to establish markets and services where Republic is the preferred vendor for ITS, traffic signal and streetlight maintenance and construction. Currently responsible for over 70 maintenance contracts involving various construction disciplines. • Review monthly, quarterly and annual financial progress with senior corporate staff, including backlog, order intake, financial forecasting (project cost plus profit/percent of completion), and fiscal budget planning• Regularly review fleet costs and make changes (purchases, new lease agreements) to lower total burden based on current and future project needs• Hold weekly project meetings with office and field staff to ensure ALL projects/contracts are operating properly and are invoiced as quickly and often as possible • Oversee project procurement and proper warehouse inventory levels in a way to satisfy both contract needs and cash-flow• Maintain existing vendor and subcontractor relationships, while identifying new ones to leverage the best possible price to drive optimal project margins

• Review plans and specifications for the proposed construction of the new Fletcher-Allen hospital • Perform in-field inspections of completed work for various trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC etc.)• Compiled and prepared punch-list repairs for completion in the field
