Chief Financial OfficerRbh Feb 2021 - PresentLondon, Middlesex, GbAs a senior member of the Executive Committee I lead the design and implementation of the RBH strategy alongside the CEO and other Executive Committee members. RBH is responsible for the management of over 50 hotels with a combined turnover of c£300m. I am responsible for the financial performance of RBH together with all other corporate finance matters; including being a key liaison with external stakeholders including lawyers, insurers, bankers, auditors, tax specialists.I am also responsible for driving the strategic growth of the business via our Business Development and Corporate Marketing teams supported by our external PR partners. As part of this role I lead our relationships with our partners, including hotel investors, agents/advisors and the major hotel brands (including Accor, Hilton, IHG, Marriott and Wyndham). Additionally, I lead the negotiation and signing of all hotel management agreements for the group and have had great success in securing a number of high value contracts for the group. Together with the CEO and our Managing Director I also attend and present at all shareholder board meetings to update on strategic and financial performance.Additionally my role includes overseeing our Legal team who control Insurances & Licensing for the group. -
