I am Andrew, age 23. I am married and have a daughter, with another little one on the way.Having a strong background in a chemical extraction process, I am technically and mechanically minded, and highly intuitive to plant and machinery. I have spent time as an operator and am currently a production supervisor in my workplace. I am on the search for opportunities in a more developed process in order to advance my own knowledge and skills. I work exceptionally well in a team environment, developing inter-personal relationships with internal and external stakeholders. I have also demonstrated ability to work unsupervised as well as to supervise and manage the work of others. I am flexible and proactive in my work, always striving for a way to streamline or improve a process.
