(NYSE: CKH) announced today that it has appointed Andy Robinson as Senior Managing Director of its Public Sector business. Robinson brings over 20 years’ experience building consulting businesses, with a specialization in resilience and disaster management. Most recently, he helped manage Witt O’Brien’s ongoing recovery services for the US Virgin Islands. Prior to that, he served as CEO of Robbins-Gioia and led ICF’s Enterprise Management and Resilience division, specializing in resilience solutions for government and commercial clients. Robinson also served as Executive Director of the “Road Home” Program Management Office (PMO), which oversaw the largest housing recovery program in US history in the aftermath of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. I have more than 25 years of experience in strategic consulting, program management and solutions development. I manage more than 80 programs and projects in the commercial, civilian, defense, and intelligence areas. I served as Executive Director of the Road Home Program Management Office. I also spoke at the 2007 PMI-World Congress and appeared in magazines to discuss disaster recovery and program management. I also serve on PMI’s Global Executive Council.

While employed at Gartner Group, I worked closely with top executives of large enterprises to develop appropriate business strategies and solutions for large IT organizations. Managed all commercial clients from New Jersey to Florida, and was responsible for many global relationships of major accounts. I also managed a senior executive team responsible for consulting services revenues as well as client relationships and satisfaction. Additionally, my responsibilities included media/event relations, business plan development for new service lines, and project management for internal business processes.

While employed at Xerox Corporation, my team was responsible for $480 million in revenues and received the U.S. Senate Productivity and Quality Award (SPQA) for 1997. I developed and reengineered systems for Xerox clients including NASA, Air Force, General Electric, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Northup Grumman and countless others.Accomplishments:•As National Marketing Manager created the “Enterprise Output Strategy” which was very successful in defending market share against IBM and grew revenue significantly displacing over 1,000 competitive units in a single year or 1/3 of the market.•Worked on several teams to design/deploy new products including XPS-401(Electronic Publishing), 4010-E (remote high speed laser printing through fiber optics), and many others.•Was recognized for being top Systems Analyst, Sales Representative, Manager and Director of Systems many times throughout tenure at Xerox.
