In addition to overall supply-chain strategy, I handled all critical negotiations (contracts, terms, NDA's, etc.) between EYELEVEL and it's vendor base and implemented a regional database solution for our supplier network to maintain governance and document control between exchanges with our vendors. Lastly responsible for the global certification of EYELEVEL against FSC & SA8000 standards.
