Delivering the highest customer service to external and internal customers upholding and demonstrating the businesses vision and values.I am currently working towards my CPID Level 3 Certificate in People Practices as well as holding a CAVA Assessor certificate.My responsibilities were to create, implement & execute the transition plan for 8 new colleagues with the key goal to migrate the customer service team from the UK to Poland within a shared services department.I was tasked with creating the KPI for the transition as well as the onboarding and training of a team of 8 and report back weekly to the internal steering group on milestones and any risks to the timeline of the project.As the Learning and Development champion within my team at Arla Foods I development a CPD culture which was lacking previously with the assistance of my self-created skills gap matrix tool. Revieing this document every 6 months allowed me to holistically review the team and understand our strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities. Using this tool allowed further development of the team and any succession plans.Experience of running recruitment drives within busy retail Christmas periods has allowed me to gain an appreciation of how teams can be created from inception and how they can be developed to ensure targets and goals can be accomplished by empowering teams through a great culture and vision as well as continued training and development. This still motivates me today and I find the process is hugely rewarding. Running recruitment came with the expectation and responsibility to ensure all ‘Right to Work’ documentation was captured and well as personnel files at a gold standard for internal and external audit compliance.Whilst in post I was also required to create and publish staff rotas of 65 people, as well as accurately inputting and authorising payroll as well as manage and authorise holidays of the staff and junior managers.Through my 24 years of customer service and customer operations I have always found the people side of all my roles the most rewarding, especially the support, development, and processes within the workplace. Due to my continued passion in this area, I have successfully completed my CAVA Assessor certificate and I am working on finalising my CPID Level 3 to allow me to nurture, develop and empower the workforce whilst ensuring corporate policy and government legislation is upheld to the highest standards.
