Undertaking support tasks to assist with raising standards of pupil achievement by relieving practitioners of routine tasks and assisting in supporting learning.

My current role involves working with pupils across the school including those with physical impairments as well as pupils with a wide range of other issues, especially social, emotional and behavioural difficulties and those identified as being on the Autism Spectrum. Discussions with colleagues, including those in our own department as well as teachers frequently takes place, enabling my involvement to be most effective.

Organisation and delivery of customer orders to home addresses. All other duties involved in ensuring customer satisfaction within the supermarket.

I spent time in a voluntary role in this primary school to gain a greater level of practicalexperience within a classroom environment. I spent most time in the Primary 3 class, acting as a classroom assistant, but I also worked with children across all years within the school.I was involved in all aspects of the children's learning including PE, indoor and outdoor activities as well as individual and small group work.

My role was to utilise my customer service experience, as well as product and business knowledge, to provide high quality support to our end-users.I initially discussed problems with customers to then continue through further phases including logging the problem and undertaking further work on the issue. I ensured that the customer was regularly kept up to date with the status of their issue. Frequently the level and clarity of communication handled, both written and spoken, iwas poor and I needed to ensure that we have a good, clear understanding of the real issue that the customer is suffering from. Discussions with our customers took place at all levels up to senior management. We were required to work to tight SLAs and the consideration of the financial impact of not achieving rapid problem resolution. Occasionally on-site visits were required and I visited European and Middle-Eastern customers to assist with projects or problem urgent problem resolution.Some of our own team members were based in locations outside of the UK and with English as their second language I frequently needed to act as mentor for both their technical and communication skills to enable them to provide a high-class service to our customers.
