I work for Biocad as a Product Owner in the Department of Pharmaceutical Development of Biotech Products Based on Monoclonal Antibodies (Original Molecules, including Bispecific Antibodies). I lead a team of researchers. The team is engaged in the development of technology, ranging from cell lines development (CLD) and ending with the development of the composition and technology for the production of finished dosage forms. I have the skills to transfer technology to the production site and prepare documentation for pharmaceutical development in accordance with the requirements of ICH, the European pharmacopoeia and other national and international regulatory documentation. I have knowledge in the field of cultivation processes (up-stream), isolation and purification (down-stream), development of a pharmaceutical composition, development of a technology for obtaining finished dosage forms, analytical control. In addition, I have extensive knowledge in the field of studying the physicochemical properties of protein molecules, studying biosimilarity for biosimilars, and developing analytical methods. I have experience in writing of sections of the registration dossier in CTD format. I have strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage a team.
