Leading the planning and execution of facility expansions, including site selection, infrastructure development, and operational setup. Ensuring each new location meets the company's standards for efficiency, sustainability, and customer service, facilitating seamless integration into the overall network.- **Operations Infrastructure**: Managing the day-to-day operations, including overseeing Community Managers and Operations teams at each facility to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all locations. Implementing and maintaining standardized operational procedures to enhance productivity and service quality.- **Marketing and Digital Presence**: Leading the creation and execution of targeted marketing strategies, social media campaigns, and digital advertising initiatives to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
