I can help shape and deliver programmes that identify the wider enterprise changes needed for success: Aligning Business Case with Technology Strategy, and developing the infrastructure, people, re-designing the supporting R&D needed to launch products on new platforms.I have specific world leading expertise in Pharmaceutical production on intensified Continuous Manufacturing Platforms, experiencing at first hand the development and launch of FDA and PMDA approved multistage CM processes built from pioneering modular libraries of unit operations. Currently, I'm researching the tipping points between Centralised and Distributed Manufacture Pharmaceutical Supply Chains.
