• Lead a team of eight Analysts, managing and prioritising the workload, developing the team, allocating the appropriate level of detail and thought to each task, always ensuring that all the work the team does has an impact. • The team works across all aspects of General Merchandise, providing analytical support and insight into everything from retail decisions, and marketing plans, to work on future websites and operational development. • The team mixes technical skills and commercial knowledge and understanding, with a desire to have an impact and improve things to produce insightful work that makes it clear which course of action should be taken.
