This is a volunteer position serving my home town. Working to make the roads and stormwater better.

Mr. Benner is a Designer in RETTEW's Survey group with more than eight years of experience including survey stakeouts, topographic and GPS surveys, subdivision drawings, E&S pollution control plans, and post-construction stormwater plans. He prepares gas well plat plans for natural gas projects including layout of laterals and other appurtenances. Mr. Benner is also experienced in creating surfaces for large-scale projects, such as landfills, and performing natural moisture, specific gravity, hydrometer, soil coarse, and fine aggregate testing. Additionally, he has worked in the field verifying lot corners, steep slopes, and elevations.~Well Pads, Confidential Natural Gas Client, Multiple Counties, OH, PA, and WV. Served as Designer responsible for laying out well plats, including laterals, for more than 125 well pad sites.~Natural Gas Terminals, Confidential Natural Gas Client, Multiple Counties, PA. Served as a Designer responsible for preparing land development final schematic plans of existing pipes in 12 terminals.~Fracking Flowback Containment, Confidential Natural Gas Client, Lycoming County, PA. Served as an Environmental Inspector responsible for ensuring containment of flowback and water from frac tanks. Also performed drafting work including numerous unit plats and well plat drawings.~Well Plat and Unit Surveys, Confidential Natural Gas Client, Multiple Counties, PA. Served as Survey and CADD Technician on numerous survey projects. Also completed field investigations for existing boundary corners.~Numerous Telecommunication Sites, Verizon Wireless Network, Multiple Counties, PA. Served as Survey and CADD Technician for stakeout and topographical field surveys of raw land sites and collocation for more than 200 cell sites, as well as processing the data and creating base drawings.
