Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and so to the high standards of quality expected- Assist in the development of other team members to help them reach their potential- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of all relevant technical standards, legislation, codes of practice and best practice in areas of competence- Promote the services of the business during work and networking events- Build strong working relationships with clients and design team partners- Secure repeat work through existing clients and seek out opportunities with new clients- Maintain an active interest in self-development and identify any specific training requirements- Undertake structural analysis and design to develop solutions - Coordinate and work with the design team and client to ensure the successful delivery of the project- Undertake feasibility studies- Carry out site inspections and surveys- Attend workshops, design team and client meetings- Assess project risk, identify and implement appropriate control measures- Prepare technical reports, presentations, specifications and drawings- Have a good understanding of 3D and finite element modelling/analysis Show less -
