- Led 180 soldiers, operators, and technicians from 14 countries to provide mission critical secure voice, video, data, network, microwave, satellite, and terrestrial services throughout Bosnia and Croatia in semi-permissive conditions, as well as major connectivity to NATO countries.- Evolutions included deploying units to extend service into Albania and Kosovo; rapid re-engineering of systems in Sarajevo to support the visit of 50+ heads of state to the Balkan Security Summit; and overseeing the transition of portions of SFOR HQ from Ilidza to Butmir.

- Directed execution of the $75M Land Tactical EW Improvement Project- Staffed multiple short term projects to field or trial new tactical EW capabilities (ESM, ECM).- SME for project development of future EW systems, assisting in refining functionality of tactical SIGINT and ASAS systems.Interacted extensively with industry, field units, multinational counterparts.

- Managed upgrade, repair and overhaul, sparing, and OEM training for multiple fleets of army tactical EW systems, both ECM and ESM.- Oversaw execution of Implemented trials of minor EW capabilities.- Worked extensively with industry and field units.
