Full Stack Developer consulting at NCR Corporation on an Angular/.NET application that was consumer facing. The application was a touch screen self ordering kiosk, having a .NET backend that interfaced with a Point of Sale System and an API driven Transaction Gateway to generate data used for a consumer to select, modify and purchase items from a restaurant or store. The Angular front end created a consumer friendly UI from the data provided to allow users to select specific menus, submenus, and items, curate orders to preference, and have a one to one parity with what would be selectable from the POS system if an employer was inputting the order. I Implemented multiple enhancements to the item ordering, item modification, and order confirmation to improve the overall functionality of the application. Additionally, I solved many application breaking bugs that caused the user to be unable to select items, pay for their order, or would overall crash the application. I was in charge of full stack implementation of two large-scale ordering features, a Grab-N-Go Quick Scan feature and a Quick Combos Multi-Item ordering feature, and was part of a full stack implementation of a third-party loyalty service and interfacing with a Middle Layer Business Platform to connect the two. I participated in an NCR Hack-a-thon to create a UI that interfaced with Sensu Application Monitoring that would allow you to create and modify Sensu instructions, as well as see the status of connected hardwares.

As a Research Engineer Co-op for the ELSYS Lab at GTRI, I worked in the Software Tools and Engineering Branch. I created and assisted in production code for numerous project deliverables for GTRI. I worked on UI and backend code for various Plugins used in conjunction with FalconView, I created WPF and Winform applications pertaining to network traffic and the write ups of their software user manuals, as well as multiple scripts to modify key installation files between installation and compile-time. Additionally, I reverse engineered an application written in legacy code Ada, recreating a simulation environment using .NET and rigging a UI to track simulation data. Through this Co Op, I learned overall software engineering in .NET, learning about MVVM and MVP architectural patterns as well as learning about working within a team, prioritizing certain deliverables while being assigned on multiple projects at once, and the overall responsibility of meeting project deadlines.
