• Configuration and customization of a $40 million dollar state-wide clinical system that is to go live in the next few months. My duties include creating custom functionality for particular disciplines such as chemotherapy treatment and integrating legacy system data so that historical patient medical records can be accessed via the new system.• Involvement in the analysis, implementation, testing and deployment of multi campus projects in accordance with the Software Development Life Cycle. Oversaw the integration of feeder data systems into a central data storage for such varying patient data as laboratory and admission data.• Liaising with clients in order to analyze requirements for projects. Wrote a specification for the limitations and abilities that an admission system would provide our central patient database. This laid the foundations for the other 70 country hospitals systems to follow suite.• Ability to work under minimal supervision with the capability to prioritize tasks.• Familiarity with ITIL change control and incident management practices for implementing patches to production systems.

• Identification and resolution of work place bottlenecks by creating software to automate and optimise procedures• Extraction and manipulation of IBM AS/400 and Access database data utilizing VB software to provide real time acquisition volumes. Previous reporting tools could only provide figures with a 24 hour lag on volume amounts.• Formulation and implementation of the “Referrals Direct” lead and data tracking system to replace an existing software system. Enhancement of the system lead to a 40% increase in acquired volumes.• Creation of lead diallers for numerous operations resulting in significant increases in DPA compliance and productivity of agents.• Implementation of a Secured Home Loan’s application form. This replaced a previously manual operation, and cut processing time significantly. Secured business was amplified by 240% after its implementation.
