I have 35+ years of experience in aquatic biology primarily focused on the utility industry including hydroelectric, nuclear, coal fired and co-gen plants. I have a broad background with strong expertise and knowledge in FERC relicensing, NPDES permitting, fisheries and water quality studies and project management.
