Castlehead Farms was 600 acre Dairy Farm, which we converted into an intensive early vegetable farm. I managed the labour, harvest and growing of all cropsCentred around 200 acres of early new potatoes, we grew all kinds of brassicas, leeks, sweetcorn and cereals.Crops were packed on the farm and sent to England for supermarket supply, or sent in bulk to other farms in the group for packing.
