Andrew is the Director of Risk Adjustment Strategy & Operations at Point32Health. In this role, he is responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of strategies that improve risk adjustment performance across all business lines and markets that the health plan operates. Prior to this, Andrew was the Director of Enterprise Risk Adjustment at Tufts Health Plan, now a Point32Health company.Before joining Tufts Health Plan, he was a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s Strategy & Operations practice. He has significant experience working with healthcare clients to develop and execute strategies that improve operational performance through process redesign, operating cost reduction, and service improvement. His broad experience across the health sector includes consulting for the nation’s leading hospitals and health systems, large commercial health insurers, health insurance marketplaces, global pharmaceutical companies and federal health agencies.Andrew holds an MBA from Duke University and a BA from Brown University.
