Primary role supporting out of hours shifts as remote based worker taking support calls and working within tight SLAs towards first time fix. Remotely connecting to client sites across UK and Europe performing status checks and reporting. Responsible for monitoring and supporting large Citrix and VMware setups, backups and software updates. Further part of the role being telephone support, including working with onsite and field engineers as well as with parts suppliers to fix hardware issues. Role involved regular commute to CCE London office working support day shifts. Responsible for making visits to client sites working with onsite teams and compiling ongoing out of hours documentation. CCE managed clients include - Vodafone, The Shard, Osborne Clarke, The Football Association, Deloitte, Taylor Wimpey, Accor Hotels Group, The AA, Thistle GLH Hotels and Associated Newspapers.
