Planning and providing UK Defence with its intelligence management and exploitation capabilities now and out to 2025. Delivery of a complex 10 year £1.5bn programme, across the entire Defence and intelligence portfolio consisting of 35+ ICT software and hardware projects with budgets ranging from £1m to £90m. Constant and varied senior stakeholder and customer engagement required to deliver success within robust governance and compliance envelopes.

Led a team of 25 staff delivering the professional training for all RAF intelligence personnel who were then rapidly employed in the direct support of UK military operations in the UK and overseas. Managed a world leading training establishment with 150 professionals graduating annually. Implemented syllabus improvements, technology changes, business re-organisation in addition to graduate NVQ and degree level accreditation which resulted in a successful OFSTED inspection.

Senior intelligence adviser to the RAF commander in the Middle East and Afghanistan delivering intelligence and targeting consultancy and advise whilst embedded with US Forces. Senior stakeholder management and risk advice supporting complex and sensitive decision making during operational uncertainly.
