Andrew Silberberg is a corporate advisor and investor based in Sydney, with 30 years of experience in finance, law, international public affairs and advocacy. As a partner and head of corporate for a top Australian law firm from 2008 to 2015, he managed a team and advised clients in various sectors such as energy, financial services, property, and FMCG. Andrew has since shifted his focus to early-stage businesses, where he has been investing, managing and providing guidance since 2016.Andrew has a wealth of experience in cross-border transactions, equity and debt capital raising, as well as negotiating strategic alliances, licenses, and joint ventures. He is the co-founder and currently a Managing Director of SWG Capital, where he helps businesses grow and thrive. Andrew also has experience in policy and advocacy roles in Australia and Europe and serves in a number of community positions. Andrew is an alumnus of the London School of Economics and Monash University and has worked in the United States, United Kingdom and Switzerland.
