Current- Managing a team of 9 data analysts in developing data science and analytics solutions for the SPF.
- Using Agile methods to oversee a portfolio of 19 - AI, Gen AI, text analytics, predictive models, RPA – projects, ensuring that they meet key milestones and are delivered within the set timelines.
- Working with stakeholders to innovate, drive and implement new analytical solutions to create value, carry out digital transformation and change management.
- Led the development of information-retrieval and classification projects using classical machine learning and neural methods to extract value and information from unstructured text data.
- Steered the development of predictive projects to detect anomalies and forecast trends.
- Formulated the evaluation metrics for the assessment of projects and conceived of methods to improve on precision and recall.
