Andrew has been personally involved in the sourcing, underwriting, valuation and negotiation of well over $1B of high-profile real estate transactions spanning more than a decade of experience in the Alberta market.Andrew's comprehensive market knowledge, integrity, attention to detail and keen sense of strategy have allowed him to successfully advise buyers and sellers across all asset classes ranging from CBD office towers and industrial portfolios to investment grade retail strip malls. Andrew has an extremely deep understanding of the Edmonton industrial market, having spent the beginning of his career leasing and selling industrial properties with a national brokerage.
