- Member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) of the $4B Long Harbour Processing Plant that designed & executed strategic objectives for the business unit; fostered a culture of Zero Harm, teamwork & empowerment; and managed all aspects of the business unit.- One of the architects of the implementation of a High Performance Work System across a 400-person workforce.- Planned and executed components of the business readiness program during pre-operational phaseBusiness unit exceeded the production budget in first full year of operation.- Established and ran a PMO, peaking at over 300 employees & contractors with mid-8 figure annual budget, which was responsible for projects and strategic initiatives critical to the ramp-up of the business.- Focal point for ERP transition from Oracle to SAP, responsible for local implementation requirements, issues, stakeholder communication, business impacts, and training.

- Participated in the development of the business case to justify Long Harbour Processing Plant $3B business expansion project by preparing operating cost cash flow model and components of the capital estimate.- Member of the engineering management team and responsible for all aspects of the automation systems design for the facility. Led the 15-member integrated automation team and the 4-member information management team. - Directed Fluor and Hatch Control Systems teams, which spent ~150,000 person-hours on the project and completed all major deliverables on time. - Planned and executed the design and procurement of $5M process control system.

Managed the $2M multi-disciplinary Mill Improvement Program, which was completed on time and 2% below budget. This successful execution contributed to an increase in production of >20% year over year.

Member of the site automation team, responsible for commissioning & tuning control systems during Startup, which was completed successfully 6 months ahead of schedule. Developed commissioning procedures and directed operators, contractors & commissioning team members through their execution.

Working from the EPCM's office in Toronto, ON, was a member of the DCS design team that configured the plant's control system.

Customized the electronics of an online polymer fibre analyzer for customers, and assisted in the development of the next generation of system hardware.
