I am an expert polymer specialist in both polymer chemistry and physical polymer science, experienced in developing key relationships between polymer synthesis-structure-properties-applications. I have worked successfully in various innovation roles within Industrial R&D for over 25 years and I am experienced at leading technical projects ranging from investigating new ideas & technologies to commercializing new products. I have experience at building and leading teams within a technological environment - I have a passion for helping other people develop as I am skilful at coaching and mentoring. I am also well organised, with a structured approach and a good communicator.
