About Andrew Smale

Prior to this I was an Operations Manager for Openreach specifically the Ethernet (Fibre) delivery team for Business and Corporate Delivery in Westward East area. Day to day tasks included prioritising urgent works, performance conversations and logging with a team of 25 engineers, implementing new processes, control of budgets and overtime. I found this job really rewarding and would love to try something like it again in the near future.
