About Andrew Small

A committed and goal-oriented leader, I am driven by constantly facing new and exciting challenges. I have a strong "can do", "never say never" attitude that allows me to tackle tough problems and challenging situations with confidence. Each new project I take on is unique, and through my hands-on approach, I have developed a vast range of technical proficiencies. In addition, I have a passion to not just accomplish goals and find solutions, but to use each problem, each situation, as a teaching opportunity. I believe strongly that the projects I manage encompass more than just the purchases, engineering designs, ROI's...I believe that the coaching and development of the people on my project teams and those affected is a key component of the overall project scope and long-term, sustained success of any project.
