I am an enthusiastic and versatile Senior Manager, widely experienced in project management, change management, technology, training delivery, human resources and leadership within Defence. I commissioned into the British Army in 1986 and have held a series of high profile appointments during a varied and successful career, reaching the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. I am an industrious and proactive leader with excellent administration and a proven track record of coping with complexity. Constantly strives to give my very best, I have orchestrated a number of significant policy and process improvements, engaging all parties and delivering added value resulting in quantifiable efficiency savings.I left the Regular Army in June 2020 and have been employed as a Full Time Reserve Lieutenant Colonel at the Army Officer Selection Board since then. Iam looking for employment in a challenging and rewarding appointment in south of England.
