About Andrew Smith

After 20 years working in IT Support of one form or another, it was time for a change. As a Product Owner, I am able to bring my wealth of customer service experience to the role, which enables me to have a solid understanding of a broad range of products, and their often unique requirements. I enjoy working with teams to develop quality products, and relish the challenges encountered in seeing a product through to delivery.My passions outside of the 9-5 job are Music, Skydiving, Snowboarding, Mountain Biking. I used to attend and work at a lot of music festivals, however my free time is now mainly spent jumping out of planes, or going down hills on a board or bike.
