I have led or served on industry steering groups in the UK and internationally, for organisations including INREV, the Investment Property Forum (of which I am a former Chair), the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the National Retail Planning Forum and the Bank of England Property Forum. I am also a regular contributor to conferences and seminars pr real estate investment issues. I served as Honorary President of the UK's Society of Property Researchers from 2014 to 2023.Academic links include lecturing on undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the UK and abroad, membership of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Property Investment and Finance, and several terms as an External Examiner for MSc courses in real estate .
