Developed and teach three tailored Microsoft Excel courses—beginner, intermediate, and advanced—designed specifically for construction professionals. These courses equip participants with practical skills to enhance productivity and decision-making in construction projects. Conduct classes biannually to support ongoing professional development in the industry.

CMDC is a not-for-profit association created and funded by its masonry contractor members in an effort to bridge the gap between the design community and the masonry construction industry.As a masonry design engineer with the CMDC I provide technical assistance to engineers and architects from Atlantic Canada, as well as my contractor members. I support the development of MASS Software, and I am member of Technical Committees for the CSA masonry standards as well as for Z797 and B354 for Access Scaffolding and Mast Climbing Work Platforms respectively. I authored the Atlantic Canada Multi-Residential Construction Cost Comparison Study, and I work with the Atlantic Masonry Institute to assist in the development of the future masonry workforce.

Encourage the effective use of masonry through research, education and technical support. Provide services to contractor members in addition to supporting the external design community.

Lead Hand for the chip manufacturing Facility. Duties included: managing manufacturing teams of up to 25 people, assuring product quality through routine checks, assured workplace safety of employees. Worked multiple over-night shifts where I would be the only manager in the building. Assisted with a Lean-Six-Sigma project to reduce waste in the plant.

Project Co-Ordinator for multiple structural demolition crews. Duties varied from: Project Scheduling, Crew Management, and Problem Solving. Was the Lead manager for the Demolition of Building D-19 in the Halifax Dockyard.

On-Site representative for the City of Summerside for construction projects which included: Sidewalks, Roadway Paving, Curbing, Ditch Infil, Water Line, Sewar Lines. Duties Included: On-Site Problem Solving, assuring the project work was following the scope, developping a sidewalk rating system database for the City.
