Structured finance Senior Executive with 20+ years’ experience in global debt markets including 11 based in London.Responsible for leading NAB’s structured lending product origination business serving Corporate and Institutional banking customers globally. Primary activity involves the provision of structured lending to assist real asset and private equity investors buy, build and own large-scale real assets and traditional trading businesses. Loan product portfolio comprises Project & Infrastructure finance, Leveraged and Acquisition Finance, Asset Finance and Leasing, and Property Development Finance.Origination team comprises 50 senior credit investment professionals located across Australia, Singapore, New York, London and Paris who originate, structure and execute 150+ transactions (>$15bn volume) annually across multiple products, industry segments and geographic markets. The origination team is the key transaction interface with borrowers and their shareholders and is closely involved across multiple product lines including loan underwriting, distribution and derivative solutions.
