All views are my own.Have been working in the IT industry for well over 10 years, focusing in the cyber security space. I am often asked why did you pick cyber security, the answer is simple, everything in this day and age needs to be protected by design, so this is the biggest space to be in.It all started with Computacenter back in April 2011 starting in consumables then 6 months later moving forward to work on the BT account as a sales support, working on projects such as the Olympics and adding new call centres in the UK.Then onto a partner manager within the Security team in partner management, managing numerous partners ensuring we have the best partnerships in the market, making sure we were our vendor's partner of choice whilst also ensuring we showed true value add back into our partnerships and we win together.Developing methods and processes between vendor and client to ensure smooth operational practice whilst maximising margins with a keen eye on commercial benefit. I also work with young adults in the Air Training Corps specialising in Drill, Discipline, Deportment ensuring they uphold the great image of the ATC. I also specialise in the training and development of cadets across all three services in firearms, teaching, testing and running shoots across the country, all done during my spare time.
