As an enrolment specialist I have strategy session calls with prospective students to determine whether or not our program is a good fit for our prospect's current life situation. If so, I enrol the prospect into our program as a new student.My goal as an enrolment specialist is to properly diagnose a prospect's current situation and help them to overcome obstacles preventing them from building their dream life.As an enrolment specialist I:- go over applications of prospective students to confirm they are a good fit for a strategy session- schedule strategy sessions online with people from all around the world- have open conversations with potential students to fully understand their current situation- call up to 8 students a day to discuss our program and how we can help them achieve their goals- get students set up into our online portal and walk them through the program- answer any and all questions prospects may have about the program- turn away prospects if I believe they are not ready, or not correctly suited for the program- provide professional coaching in necessary situations- manage company KPI's and keep accurate record of all calls

As a first year operator, I :- marketed, sold and produced over $90,000 in residential painting services in a span of 8 months- hired and trained 8 individuals to market and provide professional painting services to over 50 clientele - was awarded top quality award on the East Coast As a second year operator, I :- marketed, sold and produced over $100,000 in residential painting services, while attending university full time. - provided consulting services to first year operators in the business- was awarded the "quick start" award for instant success in marketing and sales.
