A sought-out policy expert, presenter, and speaker, Andrew was seconded to the Bank of Canada as Special Adviser to the Governor. He has lectured at both the Rotman School of Management and the Munk School of Global Affairs at the University of Toronto and regularly writes for some of Canada's leading think tanks and newspapers.Andrew has been a leader in governance design and investment management in the foundation space transforming investment activities from public markets to impact investing so amplifying the philanthropic effect. He is a Board Member and former Chair of the Investment Committee of the Toronto Foundation, and was the inaugural Chair of the Equality Fund investment committee.
