- Responsible for selection of over 100 unique costume styles each year- Managing budget projections and tracking all expenses to ensure budgets are met- Responsible for all purchasing, vendor communications, and all administrative tasks- Managing a small team, ensuring that all work is completed effectively and efficiently- Developing and Implementing new process, to increase work flow efficiency- Inventory management of over 1,000 individual costumes

- Leading classrooms and teaching various dance styles for ages two through adult- Creating unique lessons plans for each class, based off level and style- Provide a fun and encouraging environment, motivating students to improve and reach their goals.- Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement.- Select music and create choreography for recitals and performances- Ability to lead group and private lessons as needed- Continuous personal education in dance styles and training techniques

Directly responsible for Apple Shop portion of store and providing an A+ customer experience. Responsibilities included: training employees on product information and sales tactics, immense knowledge of Apple products and troubleshooting processes, tracking sales goals, theft prevention, and physical presentation of displays.
