Account Director, Growth Marketing
Current+ Establish and maintain robust relationships with client key decision-makers+ Direct account teams to execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that encompasses paid, owned, and earned media channels, resulting in meeting or exceeding client's business objectives+ Utilize data analytics and business metrics, in addition to media planning, to steer strategy, decisions, and budgets+ Conduct regular reviews and analysis of client contracts to ensure goal alignment+ Work with Account Managers and internal account teams to identify additional strategies to improve performance and expand existing client partnerships+ Employ overlapping datasets to uncover accurate information and drive marketing decisions+ Convert insights into easily understandable and concise reports, including actionable steps for implementation+ Lead contract renewal strategy, presentation, and proposal development to extend client partnerships+ Manage a remote team of Account Managers and play an active role in supporting key department initiatives
