I have been in practice for 40 years. My practice relates to the resolution of all types of disputes arising out of major technology, engineering and construction projects. Such disputes include the usual disputes relating to time, cost or quality, common in construction projects, to disputes arising from the financing of such projects, computer models of all types including those used to predict financial viability, derivatives which form part of the revenue stream for completed projects, joint venture disputes and disputes relating to directors duties in respect of projects.
