A highly motivated and personable individual as well as an accomplished communicator, organiser and facilitator. For over three decades performed a range of leadership roles, including within operational policing environments, training delivery/recruitment functions and project/programme management initiatives. Career successes are underpinned by the adoption of a flexible, people-centred approach, that recognises the importance of team and individual development. Worked successfully across all three sectors and managed programme activities at a national (cross-government agency) level. Until September 2020, was an APM and PEOPLECERT accredited trainer with extensive experience in delivering and designing accredited and non-accredited training courses. Maintained a range of relevant qualifications underpinning an extensive knowledge of PPM methodologies and their appropriate application in various environments. Having stepped away from training delivery at the start of the pandemic in 2020, undertook an extended period of volunteer duties associated with the COVID-19 vaccination programme. Continues to actively support the running and development of a family-owned coffee shop and retail art business.Update January 2024. I have now returned to PPM classroom based training delivery on a part time basis. I will initially be delivering APM PFQ and PMQ courses on behalf of Oxford Professional Education Group.
